Data/Business AnalystLocation: San Francisco Bay Area, CA/ Seattle, WA/ Los Angeles, CAExperience: 3-4 yearsResponsibilities:We are looking for Business/Data analysts to join the efforts driving monetization.Apply expertise in Business/data analysis and visualization to understand how users interact with products.Deliver data support for both short-term and long-term business development plans from the strategic scope and execution aspects with in-depth analysis.Work closely with key cross-functional teams such as product managers, data science, and engineers to solve business problems.Build/maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of business products.Qualifications:Bachelor degree with a background in Math, Economics, Computer Science, StatisticsExpert experience pulling large and complex data using SQL and writing data pipelines.Experience with a data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau);Nice to Have:Experience doing quantitative analysis;Development experience in at least one scripting language (PHP, Python, Perl, etc.);Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;Experience with large data sets and distributed computing (Hive/Hadoop) a plusExperience working with user growth, search, payment products is a plus.Responsibilities:Build and governing matrices for fast changing business in an analytical data-driven approach to identify business issues and opportunities.Prototype analysis pipelines to provide insights, and provide quick responses to business inquiries andConduct routine and non-routine end-to-end analyses with large, complex data sets, and make recommendations on appropriate solutions.About Us:InterSources Inc, a Certified Diverse Corporation, was founded in 2007, to offer innovative solutions to help clients with Digital Transformations across various domains and industries.
