Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $52.00/hour (local rate)
• Travel Pay Rate: $27/hour + $1,200 weekly per diem
• Weekly Gross Total: $2,280

What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients in ICU and medical-surgical units
• Safely operate the Tablo Hemodialysis System during treatments
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis
• Monitor vital signs, treatment parameters, and vascular access status
• Manage all vascular access types: AV fistulas, grafts, and catheters
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and nursing staff
• Document treatments, assessments, and interventions accurately
• Ensure infection prevention and safety standards are maintained
• Function independently in a fast-paced hospital environment, prioritizing patient safety and quality care

What You Need
Required:

• Valid and unrestricted Arizona RN license or Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience in a hospital setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
• Experience with Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to perform dialysis treatments independently and respond to patient needs

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Adaptability to new clinical environments
