The Hotel Assistant Manager plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest services and efficient front office and back-office operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position oversees a medium-sized team of 6-15 staff members, supporting the smooth running of hotel functions and maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction and experience
- Supervise and support a medium team of hotel staff to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee reservation management to maximize room occupancy and operational flow
- Develop and implement staff training programs to improve service quality
- Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively to resolve issues
- Maintain rigorous quality control across front office and back-office activities
