About the RoleThe Assistant Club Manager supports the Club Manager across sales, programming, and daily operations, and steps into leadership when needed. A great fit for a reliable, team-oriented person ready to grow into club leadership.ResponsibilitiesSupport membership sales and maintenance.Assist with basic club programming and work with Marketing on club promotion.Train staff on membership sales, building rapport, and customer service.Use all club software (PlayByPoint, Delightree, HubSpot, Wingfield, SWISH, etc.).Manage club operational needs and deliver excellent customer service.Communicate with members, ambassadors, and staff; attend all meetings and trainings.QualificationsMinimum 1 year in customer service, sales, or club/retail operations.Strong, professional communicator with members, staff, and leadership.Proven ability to support membership sales, retention, and relationship building.Comfortable learning multiple software platforms; highly organized under pressure.Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to step into leadership as needed.Full availability on at least two of the three weekend days (Fri–Sun).Required CertificationsFirst Aid, AED, and CPR certification.
