Weekend Supervisor- Every other weekend

Day Shift 6am-6:30pm

Job Summary:

Page Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents and patients during your designated weekend shift. RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on weekends, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality patient care
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered by nursing staff, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents and patients
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, addressing concerns and issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including assessments, medications, and treatments
Identify and report any concerns or issues related to patient safety, quality of care, or facility operations to management
Participate in on-call rotations and provide coverage as needed

RN Registered Nurse Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Florida
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (new grads welcome to apply!)
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability
