RN Weekend Supervisor

Company: Aviata at Santa Barbara

Location: 216 Santa Barbara Blvd, Cape Coral 33991

Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday from 7a-7p.

Job Summary:

Aviata at Santa Barbara, a part of Aviata Health Group, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Weekend Supervisor to join our family! As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centered care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations

• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel

• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN

• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred

• Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required

• Must possess current Wound Care and CPR certifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of Wound Care experience required, (2) years preferred
