As an integral part of our nursing team, the RN Evening Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our 120-bed skilled nursing facility, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this key leadership role will be responsible for managing the evening shift, supervising our dedicated nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

RN Evening Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff during evening shifts to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care, identify areas for improvement, and address concerns
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Therapy and Rehabilitation Services, to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to promote quality care and resident satisfaction
• Foster a culture of open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect among staff members
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to drive continuous growth and excellence

RN Evening Supervisor Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Florida
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role in a skilled nursing facility
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that prioritizes resident care and safety
