WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORCompletion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Oregon dental license in good standing or ability to obtain one prior to employment
Current CPR certification
DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain prior to start
