You’ll host live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat games on camera from a professional broadcast studio while online players join from around the world.

No casino experience needed. No dealing experience required.

Job Description

This is not another restaurant or bar job.

There are no tables to clean, drinks to make, orders to remember, or customers standing in front of you.

You’ll work inside a modern broadcast studio, present live casino games on camera, and create an entertaining experience for online players.

Think: hospitality, entertainment, and live hosting combined into one unique role.

What You’ll Do

• Host live casino games on camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Deal cards, spin the wheel, and follow game procedures accurately
• Welcome and engage online players in a friendly and professional way
• Follow on screen instructions and studio standards
• Keep each game moving smoothly and entertainingly
• Bring confidence, energy, and personality to every shift
• Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy

Qualifications

• Have experience as a server, bartender, host, barista, or hospitality professional
• Are comfortable speaking and appearing on camera

• Are reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
• Can work evenings, weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts

No casino or dealer experience required. We will train you.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass required background checks
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must wear the assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Strong communication skills and a positive, service focused attitude
• Responsible, dedicated, and dependable

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Full mobility and dexterity in the upper extremities
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from at least four feet away
• Ability to communicate verbally with players
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds when needed
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnights
