Revology Cars is hiring an Automotive Body Technician to build new reproductions of 1960s Mustangs and Shelby GTs. PAY AND BENEFITSAn auto body technician at Revology Cars will make between $25.00 and $34.00 per hour, depending on their skills and experienceThis is not a flat rate job - the pay is stable, and you don't have to worry about not being assigned enough hoursThe work week is 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through FridayMedical, dental, and vision coverage80 hours paid time off (PTO) annually10 paid holidays annually401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% company match ABOUT THE JOBThis position is for an experienced auto body techResponsibilities include welding, fitting, gapping, panel fitment, and metal finishingThe variety of jobs available means there is a path to career growth as a technician becomes more skilled REQUIREMENTSAt least two (2) years of experience in automotive body workExperience in welding, fitting, gapping, panel fitment, and metal finishingVery high standard of quality with a keen eye for detailAbility to learn, remember, and maintain pace of steps involved in performing a job after instruction, training, and familiarisation with the tasksAbility and willingness to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and writtenAbility to perceive differences in very specific details when inspecting parts or work performed, checking for defects or quality issues, or when distinguishing various parts/components by identification number or codeAbility and willingness to work in a team environment, including helping co-workers, maintaining and promoting a safe work environment, treating co-workers with dignity and respect regardless of personal differences, and accepting and following instructions and requests from leadershipAll positions require familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to use, or willingness to learn how to use, an iPad ABOUT REVOLOGY CARSWe build reproduction Mustangs as properly engineered vehicles with all of the classic style and character of the original, but with the functionality of modern technology.We are growing rapidly and provide excellent advancement opportunities for qualified team members.
