Compensation: $40 - $45 /hr.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking an IAM Security Analyst to help protect enterprise systems, applications, and data by ensuring users and service accounts have appropriate access. This role will focus on identity and access management, privileged access management, user lifecycle administration, access controls, compliance, and the implementation and support of SailPoint and related IAM technologies. The analyst will serve as a technical resource for identity management across Windows, AIX, Microsoft 365, cloud environments, and third-party applications while supporting security initiatives and risk reduction.

Responsibilities

• Manage user identities, access permissions, roles, and security controls across enterprise systems and applications.
• Apply the principle of least privilege when managing access to systems, applications, and data.
• Support the testing, piloting, documentation, monitoring, and implementation of new SailPoint and IAM services.
• Administer identity and access management environments across Windows, AIX, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.
• Manage privileged access roles and responsibilities for users and service accounts.
• Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls across platforms and applications.
• Manage the user identity lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, account updates, and access changes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, policies, procedures, and training materials related to IAM, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and SailPoint.
• Monitor compliance with security policies, regulations, IAM standards, and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint and IAM environment issues, including issues involving SQL Server, SAP, and third-party sources.
• Provide support for access-related issues and escalated service requests.
• Investigate access-related incidents, anomalies, and potential security breaches.
• Assist with incident response and information security risk assessments.
• Identify and address outstanding information security risk exposures.
• Assist with the development and implementation of enterprise IAM and PAM strategies.
• Develop and automate IAM processes using scripting and programming tools.
• Maintain awareness of current identity and access management security practices and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of job-related experience.
• 1–3 years of experience with Azure/Active Directory identity and access management or a related field.
• Experience administering user accounts, permissions, roles, and access controls.
• Experience supporting identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Experience with Azure cloud security, including Microsoft PIM, subscriptions, management groups, resource groups, and Conditional Access.
• Knowledge of PowerShell or Python.
• Experience supporting IAM security controls and compliance requirements.
• Experience troubleshooting identity and access-related technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SailPoint.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, particularly Secret Server.
• Professional certification such as CISSP, CIAM, or CIMP.
• Experience supporting IAM environments across Windows, AIX, Microsoft 365, SAP, and third-party applications.
