As the Front Desk Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, offering assistance and ensuring a smooth experience. Your role will be crucial in setting a positive tone for our office environment, reflecting the professionalism and excellence that Fineman Realty is known for in the Philadelphia area.

$21 hourly

• Greet and welcome residents and guests as they enter the building.
• Ensure security protocols are followed by verifying individuals' identities and monitoring access to the premises.
• Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail and accepting deliveries.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• US work authorization
