Facility Manager Operations

Leading the delivery of best-in-class facilities management operations, the full-time Facility Manager Operations will develop and implement standardized processes for a retail banking portfolio while working remotely to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Key responsibilities Develop, document, and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for facilities management Partner with FM teams and retail banking operations to align priorities and enhance collaboration Drive operational efficiency initiatives by optimizing workflows and ensuring best practices are applied consistently Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in facilities management or corporate real estate Proven ability to develop process documentation and training materials for facilities management operations Strong analytical skills, including expense management and KPI-driven performance evaluation Demonstrated success in collaborating with FM teams to implement processes and measure performance outcomes Ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and integrate them into FM operational processes
