Innovation Engineer Intern

Job Overview Lignetics Group – Bio‑Product Science/Innovation Internship (Fall 2026 – potential extension into Spring 2027). Position provides exposure to sustainable raw‑material development, consumer research, and prototyping across cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities Conduct product tests; performance and QA‑related. Develop new test methods with guidance. Analyze data and share results. Prepare prototype formulations. Conduct online research on material and/or vendor options. Support consumer testing programs and data analysis. Qualifications Completed or nearing completion of a BA/BS degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Physical Science or related field. Previous internship or part‑time experience in the major – a plus. Roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mindset, highly analytical and forward‑thinking. Ability to perform simple to complex math calculations. Experience conducting experiments with solid scientific method skills. Ability to analyze and communicate data and results. Interest or experience in non‑technical product development (marketing, branding). Compensation & Availability Internship: 15–40 hours per week. Salary: $22–$25 per hour. Location & Hours In‑person, Broomfield, CO – Lignetics Advanced Development Center.
