Overview Pharmacy Technician - Full Time VytlOne s has an EXCITING, opening for an experienced, full-time, customer focused Pharmacy Technician. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to work within one of VytlOne's network of managed clinic-based pharmacies in Borough Park Brooklyn. Schedule is as follows: Monday 9am-5:30pm Tuesday 9am-5:30pm Wednesday 10:30am-8:00pm Thursday 11:00am-8:00pm Friday 9:00am-4:00pm Every other Sunday 10am-6pm, with Wednesday off the day you work Sunday The estimated compensation for this role is $24-28/ hr depending on experience. Responsibilities Greet customers and take prescription orders Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues. Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked Answer the phone Input customer information into the computer system Ability to work rotating schedule between the hours of 8am-8pm, must be open to rotating shifts Qualifications Current PTCB Certification, or ability to obtain your certification within 6 months (VytlOne will assist) Excellent data entry skills, must be fast and accurate with attention to detail Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality 2+ years retail pharmacy experience Computer experience mandatory Proven track record of exemplary customer service Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care.
