This full-time, contract opportunity offers a unique blend of professional fulfillment and stability, running through the end of the 2027 school year. Working across multiple school sites in the San Bernardino area, you’ll enjoy an engaging, ever-evolving environment as you support students in reaching their fullest potential.
What you’ll bring:
- Valid and active OT license (required)
- Demonstrated experience in school-based settings; home health and healthcare OT background also valued
- Confidence working with cross-categorical age groups
- Exceptional communication and adaptability skills for itinerant work
- Ability to collaborate well with teachers, parents, and district staff to guide students’ progress
Your daily impact:
- Provide direct OT services to students in diverse school settings as an essential support on their educational journey
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and document progress
- Travel between assigned school sites to deliver consistent, quality care
- Serve as a resource for classroom teams, offering strategies and adaptations to foster student independence
- Partner with families and education teams to ensure strong support systems
