Step into an impactful role supporting students across various campuses for the 2026-2027 school year in the Riverside area. Multiple openings are available for passionate and skilled occupational therapists to provide vital services within a K-12 setting. This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to engage with diverse student populations, working onsite only and collaborating with dedicated school teams.
Desired Experience & Skills:
- Current, active Occupational Therapy license for the state of California
- Previous experience working in a school-based environment
- Ability to comfortably manage a varied K-12 caseload
- Strong communication skills with students, educators, and parents
- Flexibility and adaptability across multiple school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT assessments and interventions tailored to students’ educational needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress, adapting approaches for optimal outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Contribute to RTI processes and consultative support as needed across assigned classrooms
