You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.52 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Thur 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Fri 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements. Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking locations, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards. Monitor access points and support visitor, employee, and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements. Document observations, incidents, and completed activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. CPR certification is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
