Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Threat Detection in Fremont, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Security Officer at a dynamic automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. You will report security-related concerns and use technology to document activity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.52 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:30 PMFri07:00 AM - 03:30 PMSat07:00 AM - 03:30 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout automotive manufacturing, production, and perimeter areas, while reporting unusual conditions and potential hazards. Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor and contractor procedures in accordance with site requirements. Document incidents, observations, and completed activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
