Security Officer Full Time Licensed Patrol

Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.29 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Wed 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Thur 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Fri 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Sat 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related policies. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and unauthorized access. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with property procedures, directing individuals to appropriate locations and documenting relevant observations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel. Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate pertinent information during shift handoffs. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required. A guard card or license is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. A state, county, or city‑issued security‑related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
