Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.96 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:30 PM - 08:00 AMThu11:30 PM - 08:00 AMFri11:30 PM - 08:00 AMSat11:30 PM - 08:00 AMSun11:30 PM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within an educational campus environment. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with campus contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, common areas, parking locations, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify concerns for follow-up. Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations in accordance with post instructions and site expectations. Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports while supporting a professional and courteous environment for students, staff, and visitors. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
