Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Emergency Readiness in Fremont, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.52 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Thur07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Fri07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sat07:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around automotive manufacturing, office, warehouse, and perimeter areas, with working environments and conditions varying by location. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
