Job Description
Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ER RN)

Schedule:
- Variable evenings and nights
- Every other weekend required

Requirements:
- 2 years of RN experience
- Triage experience (required)
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP
- EMR system: Epic
- Key skills: triage, dysrhythmia interpretation, IV initiation/maintenance, blood product administration, central line care, pediatric emergency care, trauma experience, familiarity with STEMI and stroke care

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care for patients in an emergency department setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs for individuals of all ages
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuous quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Uphold safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment

Compliance / Notes:
- Must have a vehicle for this assignment
- References: 2 required covering the last year, including Charge RNs/Leads
- Up to 6 total days or 3 consecutive days of requested time off are auto-approved; additional requests require client approval
- 16 hours of pre-start modules expected; over 20 hours requires prior approval
- 50-mile radius rule noted
- Do not contact the facility directly unless instructed by an Account Manager
