Kelly Tractor CAT is seeking an Assistant Rental Coordinator to support rental operations, customer communication, rental agreements, equipment availability, scheduling, invoicing support, and internal coordination with rental, service, and delivery teams.

Candidates should be organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities. Rental, administrative, dispatch, or customer service experience is preferred.
