Solterra Wellness Club is opening at The Galaxy at Polaris and is seeking an experienced Ohio-licensed Nurse Practitioner to serve as a founding aesthetic injector and medical-wellness provider.

This part-time W-2 role is for a clinician with recent professional experience independently performing aesthetic neurotoxin treatments. The right provider will combine strong clinical judgment, technical confidence, patient education, meticulous documentation, and polished hospitality.

NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL INJECTOR POSITION

Solterra provides training on our protocols, systems, product lines, and service standards, but applicants must arrive with meaningful professional neurotoxin experience and be ready to treat patients safely after onboarding and competency validation.

SERVICES MAY INCLUDE

• Neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport.
• Dermal fillers and Sculptra when experience and demonstrated competency support those services.
• IV hydration and vitamin infusions, including NAD+.
• IM and subcutaneous wellness injections.
• Consultations, screening, treatment planning, consent, documentation, follow-up, and complication readiness.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform safe, evidence-informed aesthetic and wellness treatments within Ohio scope and Solterra protocols.
• Complete thorough consultations, assessments, consents, charting, photography, and follow-up.
• Create individualized plans and educate patients without high-pressure selling.
• Maintain excellent infection-control, medication-handling, emergency-readiness, and patient-safety standards.
• Recognize, manage, document, and escalate adverse events appropriately.
• Collaborate with Solterra leadership and the supervising or collaborating physician.
• Help refine workflows, protocols, inventory, launch programming, and education.
• Maintain a reliable recurring onsite schedule, including selected evenings and weekends.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Ohio APRN license in good standing with appropriate prescriptive authority.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• At least one year of recent professional experience independently administering aesthetic neurotoxins such as Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, or Xeomin.
• Knowledge of facial anatomy, patient selection, dosing, contraindications, consent, aftercare, adverse-event response, and complication escalation.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS strongly preferred.
• Recent hands-on competency with IV starts, infusion monitoring, IM injections, and subcutaneous injections.
• Professional liability coverage or the ability to obtain it.
• Warm, polished communication and commitment to an elevated, inclusive patient experience.

PREFERRED

Experience with fillers or Sculptra; a medical-spa, dermatology, plastic-surgery, concierge-medicine, or wellness-clinic background; and established local patient relationships or demonstrated consultation and retention success.

COMPENSATION

• Guaranteed $50 per hour for approved scheduled hours while the provider develops a patient base.
• Production commission eligibility. Each pay period is calculated under both methods, and the provider receives whichever amount is greater—not both added together.
• Anticipated structure: 60% to the provider and 40% to Solterra on collected service revenue after agreed direct product costs, subject to the final employment agreement.
