Accounting/Finance Full Desk Staffing Recruiter
Scout 1 Solutions is currently seeking an entrepreneurial minded, full desk staffing recruiter with accounting/finance experience to join our team in Tampa, FL. The accounting/finance full desk staffing recruiter will partner with our team to actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads. This key role will identify and engage current and prospective clients to select Scout 1 Solutions as their staffing choice.
Responsibilities with the team:
- Manage your own portfolio of accounting/finance clients and candidates, both existing and new
- Work as part of a team to maximize performance
- Calling on existing accounting/finance clients and prospects
- Bringing in and recruiting talent for open job orders
- Filling open job orders with the right candidates
- Manage process from interview through offer stage
- Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking
- Documenting communications and interactions with candidates in the ATS
- Accounting/finance full desk staffing recruiter (business development, candidate sourcing, recruiting, pre-screening, reference checking, negotiation of terms & closing)
Requirements:
- 2+ years in accounting/finance account management
- Entrepreneurial
- Motivated, collaborative, personable
- Accustomed to being on the phone and scheduling appointments
- At least 3 years' staffing experience
- Consultative sales skills
- Well-spoken with professional presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with modern ATS products
