As our Petaluma office transitions into full-time operating hours, we are Urgently looking for a dedicated, highly motivated Bilingual Dental Assistant to join our clinical team immediately. The Role  
You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinical operations and providing top-tier care to our diverse patient base. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including a willingness to work some weekends and commute between our Petaluma and Santa Rosa offices as needed to support team coverage and patient scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures.
• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures.
• Take and develop high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Educate patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking patients to ensure they feel comfortable and understood.
• Maintain strict adherence to all infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Support front office and clinical staff in maintaining an efficient daily workflow.

Required Qualifications

• Active CPR Certification.
• Active Dental X-Ray Certification.
• Active Infection Control Certification.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Reliable transportation for commuting between practice locations.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including occasional weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working as a Dental Assistant is highly preferred, though motivated individuals meeting all core certifications are encouraged to apply.
