Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Deliver preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management.

• Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations.

• Develop treatment plans, order diagnostic testing and imaging, and coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate.

• Review and act on laboratory results, imaging studies, and patient communications in a timely manner.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients while promoting holistic wellness and preventive healthcare.

• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and evidence-based clinical guidelines.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).

• Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings and quality initiatives.

• Serve as a clinical resource to medical staff and support personnel.

• Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.

• Support culturally competent care and promote an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.

• Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Internal Medicine residency program.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.

• Strong commitment to patient-centered, value-based care.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with electronic medical records such as Epic or eClinicalWorks preferred.

• Both experienced physicians and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Licensure Requirements

Candidates must possess or be eligible to obtain:

• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts Medical License.

• DEA Registration.

• Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration (MCSR).

• Current BLS certification.

• Completion of all credentialing and background screening requirements.

• Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and clinical FTE.
