Branch Manager I

Position Overview World Finance is looking for a Branch Manager to guide customers on their financial journey. The Branch Manager leads and supports a team dedicated to helping customers reach their financial goals. Salary Pay: $35,500 - $43,000 with Bonus Opportunity What You’ll Do Facilitate excellent customer service, leading team members by example toward customer care. Manage team members thoughtfully – directing, mentoring, and delegating daily tasks. Address customer needs holistically, pairing them with appropriate loans and assisting with taxes. Sell new and existing World products to help customers meet their financial needs. Support, collaborate with, and lean on the strengths and talents of the branch team. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch. Foster relationships in the community that drive loan and tax business to the branch. Driving Requirements Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill other required job responsibilities. Physical Demands & Working Conditions Frequently stationary with regular movement; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching. Occasional lifts up to 5 lbs.; may exert up to 30 lbs. of force. Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication. Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends. Standard indoor office setting; shared workspace; typical noise, lighting, temperature. Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally. Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
