Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Associate workers for a manufacturing company in Brandon, SD. In this role, youll help build high-quality hydraulic hose assemblies used in heavy equipment while supporting a structured, team-oriented production environment. What Youll Do as an Production Associate:

• Assemble hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related components
• Cut, measure, and prepare materials to meet specifications
• Use hand tools and small machinery in a production setting
• Follow work instructions and production guidelines
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Label, package, and stage completed orders for shipment

What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate Role:

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout a shift
• Ability to lift up to 3050 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
