Business Development Executive
Build Relationships. Drive Growth. Create Opportunity. FASTSIGNS is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our presence in the Tulsa and Oklahoma City markets. This is not a retail sales position. We are looking for a professional relationship builder who enjoys meeting with business owners, facility managers, marketing teams, manufacturers, schools, healthcare organizations, and corporate decision-makers to identify opportunities and help solve visual communication challenges. If you are self-motivated, enjoy connecting with people, and want to build a long-term book of business with strong earning potential, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face client meetings
- Identify opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision makers
- Collaborate with our inside sales, design, production, and installation teams
- Present solutions that help clients improve branding, safety, efficiency, and customer experience
- Manage opportunities through our CRM system
- Achieve monthly sales activity and revenue goals
What Success Looks Like
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities daily
- Build strong relationships within the community
- Generate qualified meetings each week
- Maintain an active sales pipeline
- Grow both new and existing accounts
- Become trusted advisors to their customers
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, account management, business development, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a high level of personal accountability
- Ability to manage time and priorities independently
- Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business
- CRM experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Sign industry experience is NOT required. We provide extensive training on our products, services, and sales process.
