Prior experience providing small group and /or one on one reading intervention with elementary age students. Prior experience working with a multisensory systematic phonics program. Other: Ability to implement reading academic interventions. Ability to assess levels of student reading achievement, analyze assessment results, and effectively prescribe actions for improvement.
