Insurance Sales Team Member Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will build business by contacting potential customers, discussing their insurance needs, and selling them appropriate policies.
Insurance Sales Team Member Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of the products and services we offer
- Contact prospective customers and explain the various policies available
- Answer customer inquiries regarding coverage and terms
- Assist customers in selecting policies that are appropriate for their needs
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
Insurance Sales Team Member Requirements and Qualifications
- No experience in insurance sales necessary, we would love to train you!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to build relationships and close sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Wiling and able to work with a team
*** After 3 successful months in the position, pay tends to greatly increase due to experience, knowledge and pipeline management - Growth minded individuals highly encouraged to apply! (pay listed reflects the first 3 months on board)
