ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has grown from its original location in 2018 to include a second office in 2022, with a team of eight across both locations. Before becoming an agent, I spent 20 years in claims, including five years as a Director of Claims, bringing deep industry experience and leadership into the agency.

I’ve been married for 20 years and have five kids. I love spending time outdoors, especially camping, and have a background in baseball, playing at both Texas Tech and Oregon State. We’re highly involved in the community, hosting annual petting farms, serving on the Board of Directors for Safety Net (supporting youth aging out of foster care), sponsoring golf tournaments for first responders and military mental health initiatives, and partnering with local elementary schools.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for James Bowman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
