Back of House Team Leader

Position Overview We are looking for dynamic leaders to join our team in South Jersey. Responsibilities Works with Leadership to execute improvements to close operational gaps. Demonstrates a passion for knowledge and has a constant learner mindset. Follows all processes without taking shortcuts. Effectively communicates shift and business needs, identifies gaps and offers feedback to help others grow. Demonstrates impact during shift operations and problem solves when working with others. Provides “hands‑on” training in all shift operations to gain experience in running a multi‑million dollar business. Provides the highest quality customer service to all guests. Brings a positive attitude to each day and contributes to the overall culture of our restaurant. Leads a team of 10‑20+ by inspiring, motivating, coaching, and holding others accountable to our standards. Maximizes productivity while maintaining five‑star service, quality and cleanliness. Maintains a work environment that promotes food safety. Requires Food Safety Certification and training. Ensures proper recording of food waste and tracks trends to inform appropriate action.
