Job Description:


Pre-sales Activities:
• Actively involved in new business opportunities for Persistent in engaging new and existing clients of Pre-sales.
• Involved in Preparation of system demonstrations, proposals, project plan etc. for Pre-Sales activities.
• Manage a team of technical consultants and sub-ordinates to configure, test and develop custom solutions.
• Educate and influence others in order to gain buy-in on proposed roadmaps, strategies, standards and solutions
• Participates in application capacity planning and facilitates application proof of concepts.
• Oversees the evaluation and selection of 3rd party software products as well as the design of standard application configuration of these products.
• Integration Solution Design and Development :
• Finalize Scope, Deliverables, and Project Plan with Clients.
• Drive the System enabled Data Integration initiatives by redesigning best in class business processes and mapping them in system using tools such as MuleSoft and TIBCO
• Evaluate technology and market trends, recommending innovative solutions that improve our overall architecture
• Create and share architecture and design artifacts that clearly convey both intent and rationale
• Design appropriate security controls in every solution to ensure the network, applications, and data are not compromised
• Participate in architectural review functions and ensure adherence to technology standards and architecture
• Customer Interaction, Leading the Team:
• Will be face of Persistent on our various engagements involving integration implementations.
• Will work hand-in-hand with customers and technical teams to finalize and realize business outcomes.
• Conduct periodic meetings with different teams to discuss progress and roadblocks of the engagement.
• Propose level of effort projections, functional breakdown (phases, features, user stories, etc.) and technical resource plans to support project managers, scrum masters, product owners and others in the planning process
• System Configuration, Testing and Documentation :
• Prepare business blueprint based on discussion with client as a roadmap for Business realization of processes.
• Document business processes, supply chain scenarios and overall Integration system configuration requirement related to the engagement with pros and cons.
• Prepare functional specification and coordinate with technical resources to provide custom developments.
• Conduct Unit Test and User acceptance Test workshops to showcase system mapping and process design for their business scenarios and document then for future reference.
• Conduct training sessions for end users to understand the solution and system usage.
• Prepare and provide User Manual and configuration guide to end-users
• Experience in one or more than one integration technology like TIBCO, Mulesoft, Spring Boot, WebMethods
