We invite you to join us in this transformation.Job DescriptionThe Technical Training & Sales Specialist supports technical excellence and partner enablement for Bose Luxury across North America, while playing a key role in operating and elevating the House of Sound experience in New York City.This role combines regional technical training and system support with hands-on responsibility for maintaining , calibrating, and optimizing House of Sound systems for demonstrations, client experiences, and events.The position operates with an approximate 50/50 split between House of Sound responsibilities and broader North America regional support.Acting as both a technical authority and client-facing specialist, the role engages directly with high-net-worth clients, architects, designers, and consultants to support system design, product selection, and project execution. The position plays a critical role in influencing successful sales outcomes while ensuring that all experiences and installations reflect the highest standards of performance and brand excellence.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTechnical Training & Partner Enablement (North America)Design and deliver training across product architecture, system design, installation, and calibrationExecute training via workshops, certifications, and onboarding programsSupport capability building across dealers, distributors, and integrators.Pre-Sales Technical Support & Client AdvisorySupport system design, product selection, and technical planningEngage directly with luxury clients, architects, and consultantsTranslate technical solutions into client-relevant benefitsHouse of Sound Operations & Experience Support (NYC)Maintain, configure, and optimize all House of Sound systems to ensure flawless readinessSupport and execute technical aspects of client demonstrations and listening sessionsPartner with Experience Manager to deliver best-in-class demonstrationsSupport technical setup and performance for events, activations, and VIP experiencesSystem Commissioning, Calibration & Performance OptimizationLead system setup, calibration, and optimizationSupport flagship installations and demonstration spaces across North AmericaSupport pop-ups, events, and temporary brand activationsPost-Sales Technical SupportTroubleshoot and resolve technical issuesSupport system optimization and upgradesMaintain documentation and best practicesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Experience teamsSupport dealer success and project conversionProvide field insights for continuous improvementExperience & SkillsStrong expertise in high-end audio or AV systemsExperience with system design, installation, and calibrationAbility to deliver technical training programsStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsAbility to engage confidently with luxury clients and design professionalsExperience in luxury or custom installation environments preferredKey Personal AttributesPassion for technical excellence and performanceAttention to detail and commitment to quality standardsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to balance hands-on technical work with client-facing responsibilitiesCollaborative mindset across teamsKPIs & Success MetricsPartner Enablement: training and certification impactSales Influence: contribution to project winsInstallation Quality: system performance consistencyHouse of Sound Excellence: readiness, performance, and quality of demonstrations and eventsTechnical Support: resolution time and partner satisfaction#LI-SS1At Bose, you're inspired to be and do your best and are rewarded for your unique talents!
