They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. What you’ll do Online orderfillers shop for our customers, selecting the right items and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. They work across all departments, assembling and packaging orders for pick up while maintaining a fast‑paced workflow. They dispense orders and engage customers in conversation, providing an excellent in‑store experience. The pace can be intense during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, and may involve balancing online and in‑store customer service. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
