Responsibilities Lead water damage restoration projects, including extraction, drying, and mitigation. Assess damage, document findings, and communicate with clients and team. Operate and maintain specialized equipment (e.g., dehumidifiers, air movers). Ensure job sites meet safety and quality standards. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in water damage restoration. IICRC certification preferred but not required. Xactimate software experience preferred but not required.
