Sam's Club #6384 9500 Joliet Rd Hodgkins, IL 60525-4137 Job Responsibilities Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management. Fulfills Member Fax N Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping, palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items for Members, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; and determining how to improve opportunities. Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy. Respects the individual by embracing differences, building strong relationships, and creating a workplace where associates feel supported and connected. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
