- Taxable Sign On Bonus paid after 36.00 hours: $210
- Taxable Completion Bonus paid after 936.00 hours: $500
- Sign On Bonus paid as mileage after 36.00 hours: $290

Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience (facility/unit expectations may vary)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist license to work in the state of FL
- Current Basic Life Support certification
