Director of Marketing, Part D

Experienced healthcare marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Director of Marketing, Part D, responsible for leading member marketing and communications strategy, designing and executing campaigns to enhance performance across key programs. Key responsibilities Develop and own the member marketing and communications strategy, prioritizing initiatives based on program goals and performance data Author and manage integrated multi-channel campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery across various formats Analyze marketing campaign performance to identify insights and optimize ongoing strategies, presenting results to senior leadership Required qualifications 7+ years of marketing or communications experience in a healthcare environment, including Medicare Advantage or managed care Proven ability to translate research and insights into actionable marketing plans Experience in developing integrated multi-channel campaigns across direct mail, email, SMS, IVR, and digital Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear and compelling communications for diverse audiences Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public health, psychology, or a related field
