Remote ServiceNow Developer/Technical Business Systems Analyst

A hospitality company is looking for a Technical Business Systems Analyst to join their team. This team manages all HR technology applications for the company. They are moving from their PeopleSoft application to Workday, and heavily utilize ServiceNow for their employee portal, onboarding and HR contact tool.


In this role, your activity will be centered around driving integrations between ServiceNow and Workday, closely tied to the onboarding process and success factors recruiting modules. You need to have deep integration experience within ServiceNow, understanding API functionality building those integrations, and be able to read and understand the code. You need to be a strong communicator as you will be interfacing directly with business stakeholders and working cross functionally with various teams.


This position is a 6 month contract with likelihood to extend. It is fully remote, the hourly rate is $65-72/hr. Insurance benefits are offered on your first day, and a 401K program after 3 months.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow administration and/or development experience
Hands-on experience building complex workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer
Demonstrated experience developing custom Script Includes within ServiceNow
Experience with ServiceNow HR functions and integrations
Intermediate or higher proficiency in JavaScript
Strong experience building REST API transactions within ServiceNow


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience integrating Workday with ServiceNow
Experience designing or maintaining integrations using SOAP and REST
Familiarity with ServiceNow pre-built Spokes within IntegrationHub
