Key responsibilities include championing a company-wide safety culture, overseeing parts and inventory management, leading service operations, developing sales strategies, and enhancing technical services and training. The role demands a leader with a people-first approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence and align teams across a multi-location organization. Applicants for the Vice President of Product Support position at the company should have a minimum of 20 years' progressive leadership experience in parts, service, and product support operations, with a preference for those with a background in a major equipment OEM or competitive equipment dealership. The role requires a proven track record in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as strong analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making.
