Regional Site Specialist - 1st Shift

Regional Site Specialist position supporting laboratory service operations at customer sites. Responsibilities include inventory management, lab services coordination, report reconciliation, and customer issue resolution while adhering to GMP safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory using electronic systems including replenishment, receiving, stock rotation, cycle counts, and order processing
- Perform laboratory services such as order delivery, glassware processing, waste handling, and media preparation
- Analyze and reconcile reports to verify compliance with contractual requirements
- Proactively communicate customer concerns to supervisor and resolve issues within established timeframes
- Participate in safety programs including hazard identification and incident investigation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years laboratory or warehousing experience
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking ability
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency and handheld scanner operation
- Physical capability to lift 30-40 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Customer service experience preferred
Compensation: $19.64 to $27.10 per hour
