Sr Site Specialist - 1st Shift

Senior Site Specialist supporting laboratory service operations at customer locations. Responsible for inventory management, laboratory support services, and customer care while working in varied environmental conditions including cold storage and chemical exposure areas.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and orders using electronic systems including receiving, stock rotation, and cycle counts
- Perform laboratory services such as glassware processing, waste handling, and gas cylinder changes
- Analyze and reconcile reports to ensure contractual compliance and customer requirements are met
- Address customer concerns proactively and resolve issues within established timeframes
- Participate in safety programs including hazard identification and incident reporting
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years customer-facing or related work experience
- 2 years laboratory setting experience preferred
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking ability
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
