Key Account Sales & Strategic Business Development – Seattle Region About FADU Headquartered in South Korea with U.S. operations in Santa Clara, California, FADU is a global leader in high-performance SSD and storage controller solutions. At the forefront of innovation in the data storage industry, we design and develop next-generation SSD and controller technologies for hyperscale, enterprise, and data center customers worldwide. As we expand our U.S. presence, FADU is seeking an experienced sales and business development professional to strengthen customer relationships and drive growth across North America. Position Summary This role will focus on leading strategic business development and key account sales in the Seattle region, engaging directly with major cloud and technology partners including AWS, SpaceX, and Microsoft. As FADU expands its enterprise SSD-based storage solutions across North America, this position will play a critical role in building strategic customer networks, identifying new business opportunities, and driving long-term partnerships with top-tier hyperscaler accounts. Beyond sales, the role requires the ability to translate customer technical and business needs into product strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen global partnerships. Key Responsibilities 1. Market and Customer Development Identify and expand new business opportunities across the Seattle region, focusing on cloud, data center, aerospace, and high-tech industries. Lead strategic collaborations and business opportunities with major companies such as AWS, SpaceX, Microsoft, and Tier-1 OEMs. 2. Strategic Account Management Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical and procurement teams at key accounts (AWS, SpaceX, Microsoft, etc.). Understand customer organizational structures and decision-making processes to strengthen long-term partnerships. Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights to support internal business strategy decisions. 3. Business Development & Technical Collaboration Support and expand business opportunities through successful execution of key customer projects. Work closely with product and marketing teams to align customer requirements with FADU’s technology and business strategy. Qualifications Required 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, SSD, NAND, storage, or data center-related industries Experience in SSD or enterprise storage product business development Proven track record in business development or sales with Cloud Service Providers / Hyperscalers Strong customer communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Established network with procurement and sourcing teams of key cloud or OEM customers Based in the Seattle area; AWS or related cloud ecosystem experience highly preferred Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus) Strong capability in strategic proposal development and business communications Language English: Complete professional working proficiency required Work Conditions Type: Full-time or Contract Location: Seattle, WA (occasional visits to Santa Clara Office) Why Join FADU?
