Strong pipeline of commercial reroof + service projects Industry-leading support, training, and resources Competitive compensation, TRAVEL PER DIEM (if applicable), and strong benefits Stable company with long-term growth opportunities Responsibilities Manage field operations for commercial roofing projects (TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified, Coatings, Metal, etc.) Direct daily jobsite activities, crews, subcontractors, and safety protocols Review plans, staging, manpower, sequencing, and quality control Maintain accurate reporting, job logs, and communication with PMs Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to spec Travel may be required depending on location and project needs Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
