About the Role

Applicants for the CPO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of professional experience, with at least 5 years' in senior executive or enterprise-level leadership within complex, multi-site human services or healthcare programs. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. The role demands a leader with exceptional interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills, capable of building strong relationships with both internal and external partners. The CPO will be expected to have a proven track record in strategic planning, organizational growth, and talent development, as well as the ability to drive performance through data-informed decision-making.
