About the Role
The Company is in search of a Regional Chief People Officer (CPO) for the Americas. The successful candidate will be a strategic advisor to the Americas Managing Partner and the Americas Leadership team, leading all regional human capital functions and driving the strategic people agenda. This role demands an innovative, results-oriented, data-driven, and inclusive leader with a proven track record in building high-performing teams, particularly in a professional services or consulting environment. The CPO will be responsible for developing and executing a forward-looking regional people strategy, shaping and implementing a modern, AI-enabled HC operating model, and leading the firm's response to AI in the workplace. A core expectation is to ensure that AI enhances the company's culture and competitive advantage, particularly in the areas of talent development and deployment. Candidates for the Regional Chief People Officer position at the company should possess a commercial and strategic mindset, with the ability to partner with senior business leaders on people strategy. Cross-functional HC expertise, including talent acquisition, management, learning and development, and a deep understanding of AI's impact on work, are essential. The role also requires significant experience in change management, operational excellence, and a professional services background. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in people-centered, high-impact leadership, and be adept at building cross-functional relationships and fostering a collaborative mindset. A focus on data and analytics, as well as a commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and flexible work environment, is also necessary.
